Dr. David Soto
Physician
Dr. David Soto is a vascular and interventional radiologist with more than 10 years of practice experience. Dr. David Soto has expertise in all areas of vascular and interventional radiology. He maintains a special interest in working with patients with vascular related issues.
Dr. Soto completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania and completed his Medical Degree at State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. Subsequently completing his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Temple University and fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Stanford University. Dr. Soto is fluent in Spanish and English.
Kelly O’Quinn
Registered Nurse
Kelly O’Quinn has worked in the medical field for over a decade. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and earned her Nursing degree from Los Angeles Harbor College. Kelly has considerable experience, previously working at Tower Surgery Center in PACU, Pre-Op, GI Lab and as an OR circulator. Prior to joining the Naadi team Kelly also worked as a Special Education Summer School Nurse for Tuolumne County and as a Home Health Case Manager for Colorado Health Connections. Kelly’s varied experience and dedication to her patients shows in her daily work.
Darin Stoddard
Surgical Technologist
A motivated self-starter Darin Stoddard has been a Surgical Technologist for over 10 years, graduating from the High-Tech Institute and receiving certification from Sierra College. Previous to Naadi Healthcare, Darin worked at RMS Lifeline Solano Dialysis Access Center where he was responsible for all scrub tech duties and inventory management. Subsequently, he worked at Delta Bay Surgery Center, The Vascular Institute of Northern California and North bay Vacaville Surgery Center. Through his experience in various outpatient procedure rooms, Darin is well versed in complicated procedures and advanced devices. He is a valuable member of the Naadi team providing both expert knowledge and quick thinking.
Evelyn Johnson
Radiological Technologist
Evelyn Johnson is a young and motivated Radiologic Technologist. Evelyn has experience working in a variety of roles. In her previous position, she assisted in the operating room operating fluoroscopy machines, triaging patients in pre and post op, performing emergency care, taking vitals and helping in administrative roles. She is committed to providing high-quality radiologic services with professional and compassionate patient care.
Erica Morrison
Referral Coordinator
Erica Morrison has over 10 years of experience as a patient service representative. With her knowledge and on the job experience she brings excellent service to Naadi Healthcare. Previous to this, Erica has worked in various roles coordinating patient scheduling, performing insurance authorizations, eligibility verifications and assisting in medical billing. Both on the phone and in person Erica brings professionalism and courtesy to patients, physician offices and medical facilities throughout the Central Valley area. Erica is bilingual in both English and Spanish.
Andrew Solis
Licensed Vocational Nurse
Andrew Solis graduated as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and spent over five years in the Air Force Reserves. Andrew is an organized, goal-oriented, member of the Naadi team. In his role, he supports our physician, nurses and other medical staff to facilitate and provide the best patient care. Andrew brings his excellent service through his friendly disposition and professional bedside manners. Andrew is adept at prioritizing and multitasking, using his skills as a fast learner to adapt to any role.
